Welcome to Caedan's own Web Page. I have created it to help keep our wonderfully supportive friends and family up to date on Caedan's battle with relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
Caedan first relapsed with ALL on September 27, 2000, nearly two years after completing treatment for the first diagnosis in August, 1995. He relapsed a second time on December 28, 2001. Caedan continues to amaze us every day with his strength, courage and unfaltering sense of humour.

Ten years ago today we lost our sunshine but a light went on in Heaven. My favourite thoughts about Caedan are the ways in which he touched so many lives. His humour and sarcasm were beyond his young years. His selflessness inspired so many of us. His strength and courage have given many of us reason to pause and reconsider when we are given a challenge we think we can't overcome.

Because of him, people who never gave blood now do so regularly. People who turned away from fundraising are regular donors. He was even responsible for one young man to complete Medical School and become the incredible man he is today.

It's thoughts like these that give today and every day we live without him, the light we need to keep smiling and continue to have hope and faith and love in our lives. Thank you for those thoughts. Thank you for your memories.
