took me a bit but I figured out how to log in!
Is anyone out there???
Kate is doing super amazing! The little booger is turning thirteen in a month!! I sure wish I knew where the time went! Felica will be 20 in April.
Kate's health has bee really good. It's been 11 years since she was diagnosed. Dealing with late effects. Still not growing much...she will be restarting growth hormones again next week. MRI's have been clean. Her shunt is doing great. School is going good too. Socially she can use some help.
We are loving our lives. Kate (and I) have taken up skiing. Who would have thought that with her bad balance she could ski???
Over the last few years Kate has acquired two little brothers. Step-brothers. One is 12 the other 8. She loves them just like real siblings.(I can tell by the fighting ;0) ) They came via the wonderful man I met nearly 18 years ago. We went separate ways for awhile then reconnected three (almost four) years ago. Jim has taken on Kate like everything else he takes on, passion and commitment all the way. I love him completely and can't wait to call hime my husband.
Kate joined girl guides last year and is in pathfinders this year, with me as one of her leaders.
Life has been super busy and wonderful.
Thanks to all still out there and asked for an update. Feel free to drop me an email anytime or find me on facebook Cheri Poznikoff
