Leah is doing great! She will be seventeen in May and continues to be cancer free. Praise the Lord! She is in 12th grade and will graduate in November 2012 through Penn Foster High School. She has been driving since last summer. She is looking for a job! Leah LOVES to bake and would one day like to be on Cupcake Wars with her brother. She makes a delicious chocolate cupcake with scrumptious peanut butter icing! It is to die for! Lol! MMMMMMMMM!!!!! She also makes awesome peanut butter cookies too! :)

She continues to have yearly checkups through the Survivorship program at the Oncology clinic at A.I. DuPont. She will be going there in May.

Her favorite scripture continues to be Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have you", declares the Lord. "Plans to prosper you, not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future."

She continues to annually support the Light the Night Fundraising Walk through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. For 2011 her team Jeremiah 29:11, consisted of her family, the youth pastor and his family, and church family. They raised over $650.00. :) Leah has been participating in this walk for 9 years and plans on doing it this year too!

Her brother, Andrew, is a freshman at Delaware State University. He is majoring in Music. He plays the bass drum in the marching band, concert band, and pep band. He plays the guitar in jazz ensemble and classical ensemble. He continues to love playing the guitar and plays on the Adult Worship band at church.

We continue to give Jesus Christ all the PRAISE and GLORY for healing Leah!
