Hi my name is Jason. I am a miracle baby, that's what my Mommy and Daddy away's say to everyone.
God gave my the greatest parent's a child could ever want, God knew I was special so he gave me to a very special couple who had so much love for each other and knew that they would love me too because I was special they just didn't know how special I was yet.
I have Hurler Syndrome a rare disease without a bone marrow transplant I wouldn't be with my Mommy and Daddy today.
I have been thru alot in my first 5 year's of life, but it's getting better everyday.
I was 8 month's old when the doctor told my Mommy and Daddy what was wrong with me, and I was 21 month's old when I had my cord blood transplant.
Me and my parnet's went all the way to Minneapolis MN to help me get better. I went to see so many doctor's, had a lot of test done and had to take a lot of medicine some weren't that good, but I took them for my Mommy and Daddy because they told me that it was going to make me better.
Alot of people prayed for me and my parent's, and all of the prayer's were answered thank you to everyone who did I love you all, and thank you to the family who gave me the gift of life, my family and I wish we knew who you were.

Hello to everyone who checks in now and then.
I know I haven't updated Jason's page in a long time. We have been really busy.
Jason is doing very well. He is in kindergarten at Ridgeview Elementary. Jason has a great teacher and 3 teahcer aides they all love Jason so much. They tell us Jason is so funny and is a great helper to everyone. Jason loves going to school every day and sometimes he thinks he can go on the weekends. Jason has made friends with all his classmates, his favorite classmate is Dalton. Those 2 look like they could be brothers they are so cute together.
Jason's favorite days at school are Music Mondays,Artie Wednesdays, Boy Scout's and Cooking Fridays.
There is only 3 1/2 days left of school. Jay and I cannot believe it. Jason will be gong to extened school over the summer. That will begin on June 11th and will end on July 26th. So Jason will have a break, but I'm not sure he will enjoy having the break that much because he just loves to go to school. Jay and I are looking for some camps in our area for children like Jason but so far I haven't found any yet.
Jason will be 8 years old on June 30th!!! Jay and I are giving Jason a pirate party. Jason is always saying Yo Ho Ho!
Jay and I think Jason will enjoy a pirate pary with a pirate ship cake too, and we can't forget about balloons. Jason is crazy about those too.
It will be 2 years in October since Jason had hip and knee surgery. Jason is almost 4 feet tall and he is so strong! Jason walks everywhere now and we don't have to use his special stroller hardly anymore. His legs look wonderful, Jason can run and he can jump some. He is doing great.
I must go for now and sing the BLues Clues song for Jason. Jay will help me post new pictures of us soon.
Take care and God Bless,
The Green Family

P. S. Please pray for the Tuckett family their little girl Tatiana has Moya moya and can use alot of prayers. Tatiana's link is below.
