Seansters Page

Angel and Sean playing at dinner last year on the grand cruise adventure... two boys, so much alike, both loved SO very much by God...

For Sean's early years, go to his other web page at http://www.fortunecity.com/millenium/lassie/717/

To me the following song is Sean. It is how his life has been and will continue to be, filled with love and life, and making sure that everyone around him KNOWS who brings that love and life.

Testify to Love, by Avalon

All the colors of the rainbow,
All the voices of the wind
Every dream that reaches out,
That reaches out to find where love begins
Every word of every story,
Every star in every sky
Every corner of creation
lives to testify

For as long as I shall live,
I will testify to love
I'll be a witness in the silences,
When words are not enough
With every breath I take,
I will give thanks to God above
For as long as I shall live,
I will testify to love

From the mountains to the valleys,
From the rivers to the sea
Every hand that reaches out,
Every hand that reaches out to offer peace
Every simple act of mercy,
Every step to kingdom come
All the hope in every heart
will speak what love has done.

For as long as I shall live,
I will testify to love
I'll be a witness in the silences,
When words are not enough
With every breath I take,
I will give thanks to God above
For as long as I shall live,
I will testify to love

It has been so busy around here, I did not realize that I had not updated for a while!

Let's see... first of all, Angel's transplant went well, and so far he is doing great! I am SO proud of that boy, AND his family... truly blessed, AND a blessing.

Now... CAMP!

Sean had a ball. 15 kids, and enough adults so that they had maybe 1-2 adults per kid! They made a variety of crafty things, got to go fishing, had a motorcycle rally show up and have lunch with them. Sean was the champion cabin raider (with plastic flies and LOTS of toilet paper!) and had everyone in stitches. Truly it was one of the best experiences of his life... ever since he came home we have been hearing lots of "I miss camp", "I want to go back to camp", and "Camp should have been a whole WEEK instead of just 3 nights!". I hope to have photos eventually, though I do have a few on his photo page of this website. What a blessing and a gift this time was for him.

Then... last week both boys were in Sleeping Beauty, the musical. Kaj was the KING (the father of sleeping beauty) and Sean was a palace guard. It really was a riot... Kaj was a very sleepy king, having had little sleep while awaiting the birth of his daughter. I love to see how MCT (Missoula Children's Theatre) can take 60 kids and do auditions on Monday, and by friday night put together a 1 1/4 hr musical, complete with costumes, songs, and choreography. They carry the sets and costumes in the back of a red pick up truck, and travel all through the country working with thousands of kids each year.

Sunday Kaj heads off to 2 weeks of Acting Camp on Flathead Lake! Totally cool.... and Sean will be an only child. He surely will get lots of one on one time!!!!

And finally, I am pleased to say that our oldest, Joseph, is now a firefighter. He has been in prison for several years, and is on his last year, and last month had the training so that he can do forest service type fire fighting. It is something he wanted to do even before he got into trouble with the law, and he has really come so far in the last few years. I am proud of the changes he has made in his thinking, in his behavior, and hopefully when he gets out next year he will continue making better choices for his life. And having some skills is a good thing too....

Life is GOOD... given by God, loving us, His children, always.
