Harrys Story- A CPC Brain Tumor My boy...your life touched us all and your love and memories will live forever. Love Mummy 10/8/02
Journal
Saturday, May 15, 2004 10pm GMT I often pop in and visit Harrys page to 'touch base' and see if anyones added to the guestbook. Ive nearly updated the journal several times but am loathe to change many things nowadays !!. However i felt it was time that Harrys worldwide friends and people that have supported us with their love and prayers and messages since i started this page, got to share in our news. We have a 'bump'-which was slightly unexpected and so brought mixed blessings of fear, joy and complete shock !!. Bump is due late August, just as Harry was-another reason this is very emotional. I couldn't accept this new little person for many weeks and found myself fighting it almost inside. The children however are delighted and now that bump is wiggling around and kicking us all we are very grateful for this gift. Every movement, every shopping trip, reminds me of Harry. The cot he had is up and ready and we have decided what we are OK to use again and what we want to keep as 'only Harrys'. So many families must face this agonising journey and wait with bated breath for the new arrival after the loss of a much loved child. It is extremely stressful and i have believed in my heart that i will only have this child for a short while too. But it is often when i am thinking of Harry and what i would do if i had just one day with him again, that i find the strength and the belief to look forward with this new baby.We shall tell him/her ALL about their wonderful big brother and how gorgeous and brave he was,and one day when they are old enough they will be able to read all the wonderful messages you have sent. God bless. Sam
