It's been quite awhile since I have written anything here. I lost the password and finally found it again. I know many people still check this site, so I would like to give you all an update.

I started nursing school just 2 1/2 months after Ethan died, and finished last May. I am finally working in a NICU as a nurse! I was so excited to get this job. It really means a lot to me to be able to care for other parents' babies like Ethan's nurses cared for him, and to help and support those parents like his nurses did for me. I would not be the same today if it were not for them. I really think this is a good way for me to carry on Ethan's memory and give meaning to his short little life. I have some more ideas for ways I can do this in the future.
