Alex's Page Alexandra "Alex" Scott was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in January of 1997, just two days before her 1st birthday. Alex passed away peacefully, at home on August 1st, 2004 with her family by her side. Visit Alex's other site at: www.alexslemonade.com
Journal
Friday, July 7, 2006 9:38 PM CDT To those of you still checking in on us.. thank you! We are doing well, keeping busy, and always remembering Alex.
The boys are growing up so quickly and doing very well; Jay and I are enjoying working together for Alex's Lemonade Stand. We miss Alex every day and for me, it has not become easier with time... I miss her more each day. I don't expect that to change ever but I have learned to deal with that constant ache. I recognize how lucky I am to have her legacy to continue and how lucky I am to have my three boys, healthy and happy, and full of life.
For complete information on Alex's Lemonade Stand, check out the www.alexslemonade.org website. I will also be posting weekly updates in the journal there... so, I think this will be my last entry on this site.
Feel free to email me at liz@alexslemonade.com to check in with our family or just to say hello!
Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Our family is so grateful and forever changed.
With love and gratitude, Liz
