Sunday, September 22, 2002 at 05:35 PM (CDT) John Russell has made his way back to his most favorite place on earth, the green farmlands of Iowa.
John Russell's arrangements are entrusted to Hand Funeral Home in Reinbeck, Iowa. 319-345-2622.
Services will be at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Waterloo, Iowa on September 24th at 10:30 a.m.
There will be a visitation at Hand Funeral Home in Reinbeck Iowa, Monday, September 23, after 3:00 p.m. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday evening.
Interment burial will be in Grant Township Cementary
Next to Grandma and Grandpa's farm on the Hill.
Memorials can be directed to the "John Russell HEALING HOUSE Foundation" at 408 Circletop Lane, Westchester, PA 19382.
John Russell has let me share his story with you for the past year and a half. Even though my little man has become my little angel he has still found a way to help me put his words in writing.
John Russell wants you all to know that he is in a safe place and is very happy. He wants you to know that he climbed and climbed and climbed that mountain until he reached it. Not only did he reach it, he is on top of the biggest and most beautiful mountain he has ever seen.
